I don't know about you but I'm a huge fan of American Idol. I watch the show religiously and vote for my favorites every week. In fact, my parents say that probably half of those 30 million votes are from me.

Well, you can imagine how excited I was when I got a phone call from my friend Dean Banowetz, inviting me to the set to see the semi-finals. Better known as "The Hollywood Hair Guy", Dean has been working on Idol since the very beginning, creating new hair styles for everyone from Kelly Clarkson to Katharine McPhee.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best days of my life. Me and my dad got the V.I.P. treatment. We got to sit in on rehearsals and see & hear what would happen that night before the rest of the world.

Well, the long wait is finally over. Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children is now on DVD. I know alot of people have been waiting to see this one. In fact, the night of the premiere in Hollywood, I was amazed to see all the fans They were lined up around the block.

The premiere was awesome. I had my hair done special for the event and my friend Jaime got me a great new dress to wear.

I got to experience the whole "Red Carpet" treatment. I posed for the press photographers, did a couple interviews and even signed a few autographs.

After the movie came the after party. I met alot of real nice people and got a chance to hang out with my co-stars, Rachel Leigh Cook & Steve Burton.

If you are a fan of the video game, you'll love the movie. If you're new to Final Fantasy, the incredible animation and action scenes will blow you away.

We were given a behind the scenes tour; backstage, hair & make-up and even the dressing rooms. I was introduced to everybody; crew members, the stars and of course, The Final Three.

By now you know that Taylor Hicks is the newest American Idol but I want to congratulate all of them;
Taylor, Katharine and Elliot Yamin. Each one is a winner in my book.
